Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Service Description

Ziv Holdings (Pty) Ltd provides an automated digital service that formats user-submitted professional information into a Curriculum Vitae (CV). This service is delivered exclusively via WhatsApp in PDF format.

2. Pricing & Payments

The cost of the General CV service is R50.00 per generated document. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely via PayFast, and the service will only commence once payment confirmation is received.

3. Refund Policy

Technical Faults:

If you do not receive your CV due to a technical error on our side, please contact support within 7 days. We will either regenerate the document at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Due to the immediate and digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the document has been successfully generated and delivered to your WhatsApp.

4. Edits & Corrections

We provide a 7-day free edit window following your initial payment. Users are allowed a maximum of 3 edits per day during this period to correct information or update details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ziv Holdings provides document formatting and AI-content polishing services only. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job placements. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the bot.
